Short and Sweet = MEMORABLE

What a perfect little tome for professionals at all levels. Even the most jaded executive or middle manager will benefit from the reminders of things that yes, we all know, but have ceased to pay attention to over time.
The size and scope of "The Power of Professional Presence" is perfect. I read it on a short plane ride. I highlighted pages and committed them to memory. Any more can be overwhelming when you've got a lot on your mind. Coach Stef feeds us her wisdom in small, easily digested servings.
My team of support staff at Princeton University asked how I manage it all. I shared the book with them, and they responded by taking the book to heart as well. Small adjustments in appearance, presentation, scheduling and the quality of their work have made our team more productive and well-respected.
Now everyone understands that "successful people don't wing it"!

Ideal preparation for interviews, business meetings and social gatherings

Stefanie Smith's new book, The Power of Professional Presence, puts me in mind of a line from T.S.Eliot: "There will be time, there will be time, to prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet." While people have always commented that I appear confident and articulate, I have found that the book still helps me "prepare a face" whenever I have an important interview, business meeting or social gathering.

These exercises have sharpened my thinking about how to describe who I am and what I do, and have enabled me to communicate my message more concisely than ever before.
